Already in the mill is our second team model board being made for Nick Wallace. Our art department is revising and perfecting the design for our custom process for applying the art to Gulf Coast's 7-ply hard-rock maple decks.
Nick's board will be available in both 7.75 and 8.0 sizes if some one is interested in riding Nick's "one off" custom designed art work. Below is pictures of the Team members drawing and the first rough artist's rendering.
Just like all of our shop decks this board will get lots of love put in to its custom painted design. no cheep screen print or heat transfers each one of our decks are hand painted one at a time just like the good ole days! We only use the highest quality automotive paints and clear-coats and C.A.D. cut stencils combined with "free hand" art work for a design's that have that extra love you just cant get from "cookie cutter" transfers and screens. stay tuned and follow our blog to see the finished product with color in a few days!
